Multi-Guard Hair, Skin and Nails multivitamin gummies are a formula of 12 micronutrients with biotin and zinc to maintain the normal condition of hair, skin and nails*. In addition, it contains vitamin C, which contributes to the normal formation of collagen for the normal functioning of the skin.
The special feature of this formulation is the very high biotin content (450μg/ gummy), which makes it one of the highest potency formulations available in gummies.
As with all Lamberts® gummies, Multi Guard gummies:
Do not contain sugar and/or artificial sweeteners.
Do not contain gelatin.
Do not contain artificial flavors or artificial colors.
Fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS) from chicory root fibers are used as a sweetener and as a gelatin substitute. Fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS) are a natural form of soluble carbohydrates found in many vegetables, such as endives and onions. When taken orally, they are only partially absorbed, as most of them are used as a nutrient substrate for the growth of normal intestinal bacterial flora (mainly the genera Bifidobacteria and Lactobacillus).
DAILY DOSE
Adults: chew 1 gummy daily or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist.
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
